I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! It's incredibly convenient being right across from Auschwitz, and the transportation links are great. The rooms were clean and comfortable, although a bit on the plain side with limited space. The service was exceptional, with the staff being very helpful, and the location couldn't have been more perfect for my visit. The dining experience was decent, and the hotel facilities were just what I needed. Definitely recommend for its great location and friendly staff!

The hotel is ideally located for visiting Auschwitz, just outside the gate, and offers simple but clean rooms with a good-sized bathroom. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were smallish but perfectly adequate for a night or two, clean, and comfy. The service was simply outstanding, with an extremely warm and helpful attitude. The location, right across the street from the Auschwitz museum and offering a free shuttle to Birkenau, was convenient. The dining experience had good and varied choices. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel.
