I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were smallish but perfectly adequate for a night or two, clean, and comfy. The service was simply outstanding, with an extremely warm and helpful attitude. The location, right across the street from the Auschwitz museum and offering a free shuttle to Birkenau, was convenient. The dining experience had good and varied choices. Overall, a comfortable and well-located hotel.
